International Portuguese Music Awards 2024 Winners: The Complete List

The International Portuguese Music Awards, presented by Bally’s Rhode Island, was a lively event last night with the red carpet in full swing. The event featured performances by renowned artists such as GNR, Bárbara Bandeira, Nuno Ribeiro, Joey Medeiros, Anjos, and Ricardo Ribeiro.

NCIS Los Angeles star Daniela Ruah and RTP's Ricardo Farias hosted the twelfth annual celebration that honored musicians of Portuguese descent, coming from all over the world to the iconic Providence Performing Arts Center in Rhode Island , the state with the highest percentage of Portuguese population in the United States.

The winner of the New Talent Award also received a cash prize of $2,000 courtesy of MDC Music in Toronto.

Several well-known faces joined the stage at this prestigious event, including journalist and co-host of 'Good Morning America' Diane Macedo, basketball player Neemias Queta and digital influencer Brittany Tavares.

The grand finale of the night brought together a folk group on stage with Nuno Ribeiro to close with the hit song “Maria Joana”.

Later this summer, IPMA will begin accepting applications for next year's awards ceremony.
