Nuno Bettencourt will perform at the International Portuguese Music Awards

Portuguese-American guitar virtuoso Nuno Bettencourt will perform at the 2019 International Portuguese Music Awards (IPMA) Show with special guest Kevin Figueiredo of the band Extreme. The show takes place this coming Saturday, May 18, 2019 at the Zeiterion Theatre in New Bedford, Massachusetts.

Nuno is is best known as the lead guitarist of the Boston-based, multi-platinum, Grammy-nominated rock band Extreme. They sold over 10 million records worldwide with hits such as "More Than Words" and "Hole Hearted”. Nuno also toured with mega pop-star Rihanna on four of her world tours.

Nuno Bettencourt performed at the second edition of the International Portuguese Music Awards with bandmate Gary Cherone back in 2014.

This year’s award show will also feature performances by Rebecca Correia, Cordeone, Sam the Kid, The Code, Rita Guerra, and João Pedro Pais.
